01 General Terms & Conditions
Cva999 (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online gaming and Sports Betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cva999.

Important: These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

- Cva999 may request identity documents at any time for account verification purposes.
The mobile number or email you provide at registration will be verified. Deposit and withdrawal functions may be restricted on unverified accounts.
Warning: Creating multiple accounts is considered fraud and will result in all accounts being closed.
03 Deposits & Withdrawals
The following policies apply to all financial transactions at cva999:
- Minimum Deposit: BDT 200

- Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

04 Bonuses & Promotions
Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any cva999 bonus or promotional offer:
- Each bonus has its own specific Wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 20x–30x.
- A bonus may only be used once, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

05 Gaming Rules

06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on cva999:

- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

Any of the above violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.
